While raising three small children as a full time mom, Paula Scarcella was introduced to Network Marketing through a friend in the early 90ís and it changed her life. Paula found empowerment and success and built her business one step at a time from the ground up. She learned how rewarding Network Marketing was and the doors it could open for people. She saw how financial freedom allowed people to help others.
Over the past 20 years Paula discovered a disconnect between company owners and their distributors. After experiencing for herself the lack of integrity and dishonesty from company owners she decided to start her own company based on honesty, integrity and transparency.

Joe's career as a full time distributor began in 1996 with a very successful network marketing company where he was the 1997 Marketing Executive of the Year as well as twice Trainer of the Year.
Prior to mlm, Joe owned and operated a small transportation company, until he replaced his income in 1996 and became a fulltime networker. During his networking career, Joe was instrumental in developing leaders, duplicable systems and training as well as focusing on self development by helping people overcoming life's challenges to become a leader and believe in themselves so they can help their organization do the same.
Joe is often referred to as the "walking talking encyclopedia of mlm," having performed over 300 generic network marketing seminars all over the USA and Canada with a special interest in educating people on what's hot and what's not in mlm and why.

Joe Schroeder started selling meats door-to-door and established a $75,000 per month (sales) in direct sales program, Life Plus. By age 37, he conquered over $100,000 per month in sales with a second program called ForMor International.
Joe Schroeder first introduced Network Marketing to what he called the "funded proposal" whereby people retailed sales information and then used that income to further advertise, while gently back ending those information buyers into their Network marketing programs.
He was also a co-founder in the master-mind group "The Million Mind March." Through Joe's coaching, writings and seminars, thousands of leaders have discovered new distinctions in MIND-SET and discipline, leadership, courage, relationships, team culture and serious organizational architecture.
