Suggested Use: Begin with ¼ teaspoon (1.23 ml or approx. 20 drops), increasing as needed. Add to water/juice to dilute or mask mineral flavor. It is best to divide and spread evenly throughout the day. For best isotonic balance follow with a full glass of fluid, preferably water.
